# The men put the horses on a truck, but in the truck wasn't much room for them and they went along a bumpy street.

# For some months Rusty stayed on a ranch in Colorado where Bronco Bill, the boss of this ranch, trained horses and riders. He tied Rusty to a post and hurt him.
2. Then one day some men came and cought Rusty and some other horses and put taught them away from their home.

# Rusty kicked and jumped around but Bronco Bill hit him again and frightened him, so they didn't have any chance! Bronco called it 'training'.

# Rusty hated Bronco Bill, and he kicked him so that once he broke Bronco's leg so he had to go to the hospital.
3.The men put them in a truck and the horses were very frighten that was the end of a long time of fear and pain.

# One day Bronco brought  a woman, Cheryl, to Rusty's corral and she like him. She took Rusty to her and didn't hurt him

# She never hit Rusty and he started to feel safe with her because he unterstood that here was somebody who wanted him to feel good.
4.Rusty stayed on the ranch in CO for some month. There was a man who was called Bronco Bill. He hit Rusty's back and legs with a heavy sack.

# Cheryl practiced hard for the barrel races. Rusty's first race was terrible, but in the next races Rusty was much better, so he and Cheryl got a lot of money.

# The barrel races were easy for Rusty at first because he was young. But then he got older and slower and he started to lose races. Then Cheryl needed a younger horse and sold him to someone else.
5.He treat Rusty really bad, but he called it training.
